Does it cost anything to work with a Medicare broker?
No. Our guidance and plan comparisons are free to you. Licensed agents are paid by the insurance carriers, so your premium is the same whether you enroll on your own or with our help.
When can I enroll in or change my Medicare plan?
Most people enroll during their Initial Enrollment Period around their 65th birthday. You can also make changes during the Annual Enrollment Period (October 15–December 7) or a Special Enrollment Period if you qualify. We'll confirm which window applies to you.
Do you only serve people in Schenectady or New York?
We're based in Schenectady, New York, but we're licensed to serve clients nationwide. Many clients work with us entirely by phone and video.
What's the difference between Medicare Advantage and a Supplement?
A Medicare Advantage plan bundles your coverage through a private carrier, often with extra benefits and a network. A Medicare Supplement (Medigap) helps pay the out-of-pocket costs Original Medicare leaves behind. We walk you through the trade-offs so you can choose with confidence.
