These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the TKT Enterprises Inc, TKT Medicare & Life Insurance website and the SMS text messaging program we offer. By using this website or by opting in to receive text messages from us, you agree to the terms set out below.

SMS Text Messaging Program

The following terms apply to our SMS text messaging program. By providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive text messages from TKT Enterprises Inc, TKT Medicare & Life Insurance as described here.

Messages may be sent using an automated system and are sent from a 10-digit local long code number, not a short code. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase. Consent for marketing messages must be provided separately and may be revoked at any time.

1. Program Description

Our forms carry two separate consent checkboxes, both optional and unchecked by default. If you tick the non-marketing box, we send non-marketing text messages about appointment confirmations and reminders, responses to your inquiries, and service-related updates. If you separately tick the marketing box, we also send recurring marketing text messages about Medicare enrollment reminders, plan review offers, and service updates.

3. How to Opt Out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just reply STOP. Once you reply STOP to us, we will send a message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, reply START or UNSTOP to the same number, or sign up as you did the first time, and we will start sending SMS messages to you again. We may send a confirmation message after you opt in or opt out as required for compliance and recordkeeping.

5. Carrier Liability

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Our text messaging program works with the major U.S. wireless carriers.

6. Message and Data Rates

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages exchanged with this number. If you have any questions about your text or data plan, contact your phone provider.

7. Privacy Policy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. 8. Age Restriction

You must be 18 years of age or older to take part in our SMS text messaging program.

Medicare Disclaimer

We do not offer every plan available in your area. Currently we represent 8 organizations which offer 75 products in your area. Please contact Medicare.gov, 1-800-MEDICARE, or your local State Health Insurance Assistance Program (SHIP) to get information on all of your options.
