• Messages: the content of the text messages and emails you exchange with us.

We also collect some information automatically when you visit this website: your IP address, your browser and device type, the pages you view, and cookie data, as described under Cookies and Tracking Technologies below.

Text Messaging (SMS) Opt-In and Consent

Our forms carry two separate consent checkboxes. Both are optional and unchecked by default, and a form can be submitted with neither ticked. If you tick the non-marketing box, TKT Enterprises Inc, TKT Medicare & Life Insurance, sends you non-marketing text messages about appointment confirmations and reminders, responses to your inquiries, and service-related updates. If you separately tick the marketing box, we also send you recurring marketing text messages about Medicare enrollment reminders, plan review offers, and service updates, and marketing emails about the same topics. Every marketing email identifies TKT Enterprises Inc, 4303 Consaul Rd, Schenectady, NY 12304 as the sender and includes an unsubscribe link. Service emails are not affected by unsubscribing. When you opt in we collect your name, mobile number, email address, the content of your messages, and the date, time and page of your consent.

These messages may be sent using an automated system. Messages are sent from a 10-digit local long code number, not a short code.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, and we will send one message confirming that you are unsubscribed. Reply HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. If you opt out and later wish to receive messages again, you may reply START or UNSTOP to the same number, or opt in again through any form on this website.

We maintain records of SMS consent and opt-out activity as required for compliance purposes.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
