Medicare, finally made simple

So many options, rules, and deadlines. We cut through the noise, explain your choices in plain English, and help you pick the plan that fits your health and your budget, at no cost to you.

The four parts of Medicare

Once you see how the pieces fit together, the whole thing gets a lot less intimidating.

A

Hospital

Inpatient hospital stays, skilled nursing, hospice, and some home health care.

B

Medical

Doctor visits, outpatient care, preventive services, and medical equipment.

C

Advantage

All-in-one plans from private carriers, often with dental, vision, and drug coverage.

D

Drugs

Prescription drug coverage that helps lower what you pay at the pharmacy.

Advantage or Supplement?

Two popular paths once you have Original Medicare. We help you weigh the trade-offs.

Medicare Advantage

Part C · all-in-one

  • Bundles hospital, medical, and usually drug coverage
  • Often includes dental, vision, hearing, and fitness perks
  • Frequently $0 monthly premium, with a network of providers

Medicare Supplement

Medigap · predictable

  • Helps pay the out-of-pocket costs Original Medicare leaves behind
  • See any doctor nationwide who accepts Medicare, no networks
  • Higher premium, but very predictable costs (pair with a Part D plan)

How we help

Plan Review & Options

We make sure your current plan still fits, that you are getting every benefit you are entitled to, and look for ways to lower drug costs.

Medicare and Medicaid

If you qualify for both, special plans can offer enhanced benefits. Many people do not realize they are eligible. We will check and help you enroll.

Plans for Veterans

For veterans and spouses with Part A and B, many areas offer $0 premium plans with broad networks, extra benefits, and possible Part B reductions.

Expensive Prescriptions

Extra Help from Social Security can lower drug costs, cover your Part D premium, and remove late penalties. We will help you apply.

Ancillary Coverage

Round out your protection with Hospital Indemnity, Cancer, Dental, Vision, and Hearing plans that reduce out-of-pocket costs.

Know your enrollment windows

Timing matters with Medicare. Here are the key windows, and we will confirm which one applies to you.

AROUND AGE 65

Initial Enrollment

A 7-month window around your 65th birthday, the first time most people sign up for Medicare.

OCT 15 – DEC 7

Annual Enrollment

Each fall you can switch, join, or drop a plan. The best time for an annual review to make sure you are not overpaying.

WHEN LIFE CHANGES

Special Enrollment

Moving, losing coverage, or other qualifying events can open a special window to make changes.
